Kopachuck Forest Tour - June 19th, 2012, 4-6 PM

Kopachuck State Park Forest Tour
And KGI Watershed Council Meeting
SAVE THE DATE
Tuesday, June 19th, 4-6 PM

The June meeting of the KGI Watershed Council will begin with a tour of the Kopachuck State Park Forest area with Park Ranger, Dennis Mills.

The park forest is closed to the general public due to tree health issues. This tour will provide an opportunity to learn about the health challenges, responses to those challenges, and future plans for the forest.

Following the tour, the Watershed Council meeting will be held at one of the near by campsites where we will be discussing Key Peninsula, Gig Harbor and Islands watershed forest plans and community forest concepts.
The shoreline portions of the Park,
and trail leading to them, remain open to the public.

SEE YOU ON THE TOUR
Everyone is welcome!
